Youth Instructors

Paul Wilson
Paul Wilson has been training at TIGER Martial Arts Academy since 2000. Paul is a 3rd degree Black Belt and an accomplished competitor. He started teaching at TIGER at the age of 16.   Paul is very passionate about martial arts, and the growth of his students. He enjoys studying Thai boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Kali and Karate. Paul is the Lead Instructor for the Youth Martial Arts and adult Thai boxing programs.

 

 

 

Seth Brock
Seth Brock started training at TIGER Martial Arts Academy in 1991. He took a break from his training to travel and attend college in Texas. Seth came back to TIGER in 2000 to start training again and eventually became an instructor. Seth is a 2nd degree Black Belt and enjoys studying Karate, Thai boxing, Kali and the art of Kubudo. He is very involved in the youth program development and helping new students transition into higher- level programs.

 

 

Derrick Elliott
Derrick Elliott started training at TIGER Martial Arts Academy in 2001. Derrick’s father enrolled him in the Academy because he felt that the discipline and confidence would serve him well. Since then, Derrick has earned the rank of 2nd degree Black Belt, has become a member of the teaching staff and most importantly, has earned a $150,000 scholarship to Hampton University. Today Derrick attends college and teaches the youth of TIGER the values that helped him achieve the level of success that he has experienced.

 

 

Justin Freeman
Justin Freeman started training at TIGER Martial Arts Academy in 1996.  Justin studies Thai boxing, Jiu Jitsu, and Karate. He has been a member of the teaching team at TIGER since 2000.  Justin enjoys being a leader and seeing his students evolve through their martial arts training at TIGER Martial Arts Academy.  Justin is a 2nd degree Black Belt under TIGER Martial Arts Academy.


Michael Wyant
Michael Wyant has been training at TIGER Martial Arts Academy since 2002.  Michael started off in our youth martial arts program.  Through the years, Michael has become seasoned martial artist who enjoys studying Thai boxing and Karate. Michael is a junior at Churchland High School and a 1st degree Black Belt under TIGER Martial Arts Academy.

 

 

 

 

Travis Diggs
Travis Diggs started training at TIGER Martial Arts Academy when he was 12 years old.  Through his training, he has evolved into a confident, disciplined young man.  As an instructor, Travis’s goal is for his students to see the martial arts as a tool to help them achieve goals and overcome obstacles throughout their lives. Travis is a 1st degree Black Belt under TIGER Martial Arts Academy.

 

 

 

Stephanie Benton
Stephanie Benton started training at TIGER Martial Arts Academy in 2000. Stephanie is a 1st degree Black Belt and studies Karate, Thai boxing, and Jiu Jitsu. Stephanie has grown from every experience as a student and an instructor at TIGER Martial Arts Academy, and today she enjoys seeing her students become more confident, discipline and focused.
